From the moment you contact us you can be comforted to know that any communications you have with us are treated with 100% confidentiality. You will be appointed a Case Manager and they will listen to your circumstances and advise you on a plan of action that suits your needs and budget accordingly.
Your Case Manager will send you a copy of the agreed plan and our Terms & Conditions. Only when you are happy for us to proceed will they take your payment. Then the investigation will begin and your Case Manager will keep you updated on developments throughout. They will be available to you throughout the case to answer any questions, queries or concerns you may have.
When the investigation has concluded a detailed report will be sent to you electronically or a hard copy can be posted to you - the choice is yours. Any photographic or video evidence that has been gathered will be included. Your Case Manager can go through the report with you in person or over the phone, again the choice is yours. Reports vary depending on the case but they generally contain detailed written commentary on observations and actions taken, along with timed and dated photos or video footage.
